After over a decade supporting leaders, managers and employees at Meta (Facebook), Fiona took her skills, experience and passion for enabling individuals and organisations to thrive, and set up Fox Co.

Why is this important?
✨ An 18 year old female today will still not see equal gender pay in her working lifetime. Based on current progress it is estimated to take at least another 50 years until we meet that target.
✨ Recent reports on Ireland's Gender Pay Gap reveal that up to 80% is attributed to the 'Motherhood Penalty.
✨ While introducing flexible working arrangements is welcomed (and it is!), the policy alone is not sufficient to make a change - that's where I come in, I ensure these policies are embedded, fostering a cultural shift for lasting change.
