This is the beginning of my Fox Co story… although I didn’t know it at the time. It’s why I am so PASSIONATE about supporting mums!

Please don’t let yourself get to a place of burnout - do whatever you need to do to get a break, get some energy and reset.

For me, I needed to break the cycle and get some physical space to find some mental space. It’s why I’ve created my overnight retreat for mums.
